This place is rediculous Job is an hour away They want you to pay in person even if you want equipment delivered So I just show up with my trailer Was missing some of my deck of the trailer and they refused to load me with two little scissor lifts

The lift that was delivered was not charged. This has been something that is experienced almost every single time we rent from United Rentals. I can deal with the dirt and cleanliness of these lifts, it takes 5 minutes to clean out but if the lift isn't charged it takes more than 3 hours to get a good charge that will last the day. Time is Money.

I recently rented a generator from this location and received very poor customer service while in my possession. I was using this generator during an event and needed it to run my vendor booth. Midway through my rental, it would not crank and proceeded to push an error message through saying ‘low coolant level’. I added coolant and it did not immediately start. Area manager needs to figure out what’s going on at this location. The past two times I’ve had horrible issues with them. This time they gave away my rental to another store. I drove 5 hours to get this rental. Luckily asco next door had the equipment. I know who I’ll be using. Wish i could give zero stars.
