I have dealt with United Rentals and its predecessor in St.Catharines, along with Long Term Staff for 40 years. Whether through company needs or personal needs, the service has always been friendly, knowledgeable, professional along with equipment supplied. I would recommend United Rentals to any Contractor or individual for any and all rental needs.
I rented a power screed and a few power trowels for a Concrete project. The initial setup, conversations, and customer service were great. I asked to keep the on power trowel for an extra day on another floor and for the other equipment to be picked up. When I was finished with the additional day for the power trowel I drove by my job site from the previous day and noticed the equipment was not picked up yet.
