I have dealt with United Rentals and its predecessor in St.Catharines, along with Long Term Staff for 40 years. Whether through company needs or personal needs, the service has always been friendly, knowledgeable, professional along with equipment supplied. I would recommend United Rentals to any Contractor or individual for any and all rental needs.
I rented a power screed and a few power trowels for a Concrete project. The initial setup, conversations, and customer service were great. I asked to keep the on power trowel for an extra day on another floor and for the other equipment to be picked up. When I was finished with the additional day for the power trowel I drove by my job site from the previous day and noticed the equipment was not picked up yet. Came here to rent beam/material lifts to help replace our wood beam in our basement with a steel beam. After talking to them they advised me to rent 2 lifts, as my beam was 25ft long and 530lbs. Me and my husband had to lift the beam 9ft and these worked great!
Super helpful and patient. Got me everything I needed right away. Great job.
