First time renting from United. We had a service problem with the lift but United responded immediately and got us running and back to work.
Called ahead of time letting them Know we needed a ladder emergency, they confirmed 24&28ft are available. We got there and nothing was available. We left
Just rented a 125ft boom, worked great for the site. Delivery and pick up went as per planned.
