"Reserved" a trailer a month in advance only to be called 3 days before my rental and be told "We don't have one and none of the other branches do either." Huge waste of time.

My company rented a reefer trailer from these thieves for years. We ended up purchasing the unit and paying exactly what we were invoiced. All of the sudden they have started harassing my accounting department with threats and all saying we owe them $800 but cannot explain or produce the proof. They keep claiming they used a credit but there is no credit and they cannot show us where they used the credit. This company will harass you and threaten you with things they cannot back up.
