Never the one to leave reviews but I felt this was necessary. I didn’t want to leave 1 star because initially they seemed like a great company. I had a reservation for a golf cart for two weeks, which I was spending close to $2k for. This location doesn’t typically rent out golf carts so they were doing me a favor by outsourcing which was very much appreciated. Carolyn has been outstanding to work with. She makes the rental process quick and hassle free. I highly recommend United Rentals and the Lawrence location if you are nearby.
Staff is very helpful and friendly! Prices are very reasonable as well.
Quick in and out. all staff was very accommodating.
