This group could care less about customer satisfaction. They're as RUDE as they come. And that woman...WOWZA! SHE MEAN. Don't expect customer satisfaction here. Expect ridicule and the middle finger... YES I was flipped off while waiting for my money to be returned. I asked the "BOSS" Jerry for his managers # and he gave me the wrong number...TWICE! Then to top it all off they called the police on me like I did something wrong...Thankfully the police could clearly see i was distraught. Uhg... I do not recommend United Rental... read more
