I reserve machine and 1 day before they cancel on me. Lauren tells me they are saving it for a bigger customer. Very nice. So because I am small customer, my money is not important?
Great experience
My husband runs a contracting business so I called the Carp branch to ask about equipment and get a rough idea of pricing for one of his jobs. I don’t remember the name of the young girl who answered the phone, but after explaining what I was trying to do she said she couldn’t advise what equipment to use…..She didn’t even ask questions about the job or what I needed.She also gave me some general pricing over the phone, but the rates seemed really high compared to other stores.
Fantastic customer service! The equipment was clean, new and worked perfect. Very happy with the great experience and their friendly service.
