My husband runs a contracting business so I called the Carp branch to ask about equipment and get a rough idea of pricing for one of his jobs. I don’t remember the name of the young girl who answered the phone, but after explaining what I was trying to do she said she couldn’t advise what equipment to use…..She didn’t even ask questions about the job or what I needed.She also gave me some general pricing over the phone, but the rates seemed really high compared to other stores.
Fantastic customer service! The equipment was clean, new and worked perfect. Very happy with the great experience and their friendly service.
I called in to ask some straightforward questions, but the counter staff lacked basic knowledge of the equipment and struggled to provide clear answers. Response times were slow, and the follow-up email included incorrect pricing.
Worst customer service. Save yourself the headache and rent from somewhere else.
Appreciative to the Carp location United rental team. Both Josh and Joanne were very helpful in getting things worked out. Even after running in to a slight machine issue, they had an experienced tech (Scott) on site promptly to resolve the issue! Will be working with them again, thanks.
