I called in to ask some straightforward questions, but the counter staff lacked basic knowledge of the equipment and struggled to provide clear answers. Response times were slow, and the follow-up email included incorrect pricing.
Worst customer service. Save yourself the headache and rent from somewhere else.
Appreciative to the Carp location United rental team. Both Josh and Joanne were very helpful in getting things worked out. Even after running in to a slight machine issue, they had an experienced tech (Scott) on site promptly to resolve the issue! Will be working with them again, thanks.
