Raymond was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to ask the right questions so I didn’t rent more than necessary. The process was smooth and efficient, and I felt confident I was getting the right solution for my job. Excellent customer service all around!
Very convenient and reliable, I always find what I need, Ray and Dana are always there and do their best to help with ideas and selecting the best solution for my various projects. I recommend this store to everyone for any tool rentals and they also sell hard to find building products.
I’m extremely disappointed with this tool rental company. After confirming my reservation, I was told after the fact that I would need to travel to another location to pick up the equipment. If I’m renting tools from your store, I expect the equipment to be available there — not to be sent on a mini road trip to track it down myself. What’s the point of reserving equipment ahead of time if the customer is the one expected to chase it down? It’s inconvenient, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time.
