Miles was most helpful with coordinating the rental of a telehandler. United was flexible, organized and courteous. They pulled the machine inside for us the night before to ensure it would start on a bone chilling morning. Sure appreciate all the help and wide open communication.
We rented a piece of equipment for a week to complete our project. After one day we were completely rained out and it was clear we would have to wait for things to dry out. We returned the machine hoping to only get charged for one day. The awesome people at United Rentals gave us a full refund and held our reservation over until the weather cooperates and we can continue. Thank you so much! See you soon!
Very unpleasant and not too friendly. It was kind of like pulling teeth talking to the two front desk people.
Good phone service when I phoned in to see if United had heaters in stock. Heaters were ready for pick up when we arrived to your store to pick them up.
