as a commercial contractor constantly renting equipment I cannot recommend this UR branch more. Great customer service and has always been a joy to work with.
GO TO H&E INSTEAD!!!! The post rental customer service I've had with this company is absolutely terrible and the representative was incredibly rude, short, kept cutting me off, and told me "that's tough, other customers are more important". I have rented from all services here in Pueblo and H&E is the best one by far! I only used United since I had a short time frame, but it was not worth it.
Most of the equipment they send to my site won't work. When I call they blame my guys and say it's operator error. Super unprofessional.
This company has a very loud and annoying alarm, it wouldn't be bad if it's used to keep people out, but when it is windy at night time, this thing goes off every 2 minutes for 2 minutes. Stops and goes back on all night long for hours. Blaring for hours and keeps everyone awake. Have some respect for the apartments and houses around you.
