Great service, awesome equipment and great pricing. I rent quite a bit from their Pueblo CO. location and have zero complaints. They also have really nice equipment for sale from time to time, I just bought a cordless HILTI jackhammer with 4 batteries, 2 chargers and a manufacturer made dolly to tote and store it. The batteries and chargers came in the original HILTI case. All for $720 versus almost $3K new. It works great!
The staff at United Rental are professional, very helpful, and good to work with for rental equipment. The equipment is always ready to go when picking up from your rental location. Tks DJ
as a commercial contractor constantly renting equipment I cannot recommend this UR branch more. Great customer service and has always been a joy to work with.
GO TO H&E INSTEAD!!!! The post rental customer service I've had with this company is absolutely terrible and the representative was incredibly rude, short, kept cutting me off, and told me "that's tough, other customers are more important". I have rented from all services here in Pueblo and H&E is the best one by far! I only used United since I had a short time frame, but it was not worth it.
