Great service
Equipment wasn’t ready for rent, ( got to job and didn’t work right) wasn’t able to return Friday ( was there at 5pm, they close at 4) no lay down yard, hauled home to return Monday was charged an additional $1058.00.
The customer service at the Vestal, NY location is second to none. They are always willing to help us and get what we need when we need it. I can not say enough about how great the reps are that we deal with.
