Just wanted to give a thumbs up to the Hot Springs, AR United Rentals. Robert has been very helpful to us here at F. S. Sperry Co. and the service from order to delivery and pick up has been great. I love that we can just call Robert and he takes care of making sure the equipment is on the job when we start early in the mornings. Also, we had some very short notice that we need equipment on some emergency jobs and Robert is right on our order. I tell you rude i've got damage done tp my berville by this company and tge... Management with there company is terrible, the guy was supposed to call mer back 9 18 18... never heard from him, so I called the next day..... ge picks up the phone... pretty much says I don't have time I will call you back... and hangs up in my face.

I am a retired plumbing contractor and because I no longer have a commercial account these very rude and unacommaditimg people would not even talk to me. I went to another rental yard and had no trouble at all. I would not recommend this Company to anyone.
Great company from Rolla Missouri to rent any type of equipment from. I had a great experience with United rentals, especially 3 men in particular the manager and 2 men named Shawn and the other phillip. Very polite, understanding and respectful. I rented for a month with a skid steer Wich was in good working shape. But later, had a mechanical problem with one of the machines and a mechanic was at my location within 30 minutes. They rented me a truck with 6 seats and 4 seat belts, then lied all over the place about it. I was doing a job out of town and needed to transport 6 people, I told them this ahead of time. Hey, everyone makes mistakes, but inventing a big lie to try and cover yours is absolutely wrong
