Jahn down at United Rentals really took the time to make sure I had my situation handled. He came up with various scenarios and options to ensure I got the job done right no matter what. Between him, April and the yard hand that got me loaded up, I couldn’t be happier. Even though I’m a small concrete contractor, I was treated like I was super important. That kind of customer service is sadly becoming more and more rare these days. I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone for their rental needs.

If I could do less then a 1 Star I would Very rude customer service the girl at the front counter, VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Take your business elsewhere or train her on Customer service

I recently rented some equipment and it ended up being unavailable due to maintenance issues after the PO was already done. They took the initiative and did all the leg work in sourcing me another one through a different company since they had none available and even helped me get it for a similar price. Outstanding customer service, highly recommend! When I need to rent again, I am going through them.
