We rented a truck out of Braintree MA and the starter motor stopped doing its job. But we were in Princeton New Jersey with a team of high school rowers. United took care of us and we weren’t stranded. Joe came out in a service truck within a couple of hours, used a few choice words, swapped out the started, and took care of us.
