We use United Rentals on a regular basis. Sara is consistently exceptional. She communicates promptly, is incredibly accommodating, and truly goes above and beyond. United Rentals is fortunate to have her.
Wonderfull service and many great options! Helpful staff and very knowledgeable!
We got a forklift for 1 day. We had them put it on auto recall so we didn't have to call them to tell them we are done with it but they just left it here and never picked it up. Then they charged us for a week. We will never rent anything from them again and suggest you don't either.
