Cody and the Durant Team are always very helpful in meeting our rental needs. They go above and beyond to assist in our on-demand needs for equipment. Matt and the service department are a great asset in our repair's needs. Highly recommend the Durant Store for all your rental needs.
I deal with mostly Trevor at the Sherman tx location and I'm always impressed with the counter service and the quality of the equipment and the guys on the yard doing the heavy lifting of loading and unloading . professional all the way
Mr. Gene went above and beyond to accommodate equipment rental needs. A big thanks to looking at my situation and adjustments that were needed. I'm glad there still people who look out for the guy who just needs a machine for a day or two. You've got a customer for life here.
This was my first time renting anything from United. They were cheaper than Home Depot to rent a lift. I did have some issues with the lift but the manager made it right! Good honest people. I will rent from them again.
