Did not pick up the equipment on time and we received angry calls from our client. They made us look bad. Did not send invoice in a timely manner and we couldn't do our invoicing on time. This is the second (and last) time I've had trouble with their service
We at Danchanko Inc. use United Rentals anytime we need to rent a boom lift. The customer service is great. Brad always takes care of us. The equipment is in great shape. Just an all around great company to deal with.
