George made the process easy to rent a concrete saw from start to finish. Will 100% use united rentals again
Was told I could not rent a 16 foot ladder because I did not have a ladder rack. As we all know, a 16 foot ladder collapses to 8 foot. I Have a 8 foot bed on my truck. The ladder would fit in my truck bed completely. They said that would not work. You have to have a ladder rack. I have rented ladders before from United rental in different areas around the United States and I have never had this issue.

Tim, Cindy, Nick, and John were all excellent. This was my first time renting from UR and rented a mini-excavator for a landscaping project. The entire team was very accommodating, happy to provide guidance, and tips for operation and safety.
