Tim, Cindy, Nick, and John were all excellent. This was my first time renting from UR and rented a mini-excavator for a landscaping project. The entire team was very accommodating, happy to provide guidance, and tips for operation and safety.
Called in at 8 o’clock, needing a jackhammer in the next half an hour. Not only did the gentleman who picked up not make me feel like an idiot for not knowing exactly what I needed, but picking it up included help loading as well as instructions on usage. The guy at the desk kinda asked me a little bit about my project as well. I’m sure checking it out actually was getting what I needed. Kaleb was great! He was very knowledgeable and professional while installing our portable air conditioner units at work. He worked in a timely manner which did not hinder or affect our ability to continue to treat patients.
They were life savers today! Our AC broke at work and they showed up with portable AC units and were extremely helpful and professional while getting us set up and going. Very personable staff. Extremely respectful! Thank you so much!
