Great place to rent equipment. Staff, like Amanda, are extremely helpful and friendly.
It seems it's easy for people to complain, but find it difficult to give praise when deserved. A good job should get a "well done" and exceptional service should get a "Whoa, I love these guys!" That's exactly what the United Rentals in Karnes City, TX gets from me. Amanda was not only friendly and professional she went out of her way to help and make the whole experience of renting equipment easy and pleasant. Can't forget the Manager and the rest of the staff.
