very helpful and friendly service
We have been a long time customer of united rentals in hickory NC. We’ve never had nothing but good experiences with them, but recently a few of the managers has left and it has changed completely. As business operators like myself and many others we rely on being able to rent equipment and have a relationship with the company we use. An hr and a half late returning equipment should not cost a chunk of money. Between traffic and everyday setbacks it happens.
