The staff in the front is always friendly and helpful. The technicians that work in the back are excellent. I had a problem with a pice of equipment. The person that rented it did not inform them that they broke a part on it . When I got back to the rental shop and explained what was wrong the technician took time from his lunch break to fix the equipment. I received excellent customer service. From all of the staff.
Everything was on time and clean and exceeded my expectations. Staff from start to finish were fantastic and will definitely use them again!
