They're good people, though if you are a truck driver with an RGN trailer, especially a single position mechanical neck, this is nearly impossible to get out of without being towed. The best way to do it is to raise your trailer as high as it will go, and then call the police and ask them if they can block the road for you. That way, you can build up enough speed to skate over the sharp peak created by the driveway and the road. Attention all RGN, the descent to the loading area is very steep. I loaded a 28,000-pound forklift today, and my trailer got stuck when I pulled out. The people working there refused to simply push my trailer with another forklift. They immediately called the police, and the police immediately called a towing company to pull the trailer, not letting me do anything myself or helping. The towing company charges $900.
