Great customer service.
I couldn't say anything but positive things about renting with United Rentals. Our reps are amazing and the customer service we receive is exceptional. I appreciate the drivers contacting me with updates prior to delivery and pick-up as well. I am thankful we have a relationship with a company like UR who cares about us, and our customer's as much as we do.

Absolutely will never do business with this place again. The staff was nice but they had a "glitch in their system" that charged me double the amount I was quoted. Now I'm struggling to get my money back and there is always an excuse. As a business owner who often rents equipment, I guess I will have to go elsewhere. I would advise others to be cautious and go elsewhere for equipment rental needs.
