Equipment was correct but when pre-ordered they charged for the equipment, then when I picked the equipment up they charged a second time. No one is willing to correct the problem and just keep repeating - Well it could take 3-5 days or contact your bank. Invoice shows correct amount, but UR charged the total twice.
Called and ordered a piece of equipment in advance to be delivered. Spoke to people multiple times about the equipment and it being delivered on a few different occasions. When I spoke to people they said that attachment isn't on there. Oh we don't have it down for delivery and that they would get it straightened out. We had drove 9 hours the day before to get here to be here for the equipment and it didn't arrive until 2:00 in the afternoon on the day it was supposed to be here and was not equipped properly with everything ... read more
