Awesome service. No hassle.
Want you to pay a charge because the machine was improperly wired from a previous repair. Mechanic couldn't even fix the machine. They had to send a service manager from Alex city to fix it. Machine was improperly serviced. Machine broke down 4 days before the return date. They we're unable to fix it, wouldn't issue a credit but are so worried about having to fix one wire due to poor mechanics. The issue ended up being a blown fuse. Worst rental experience ever.
