We did our company scissor lift and forklift practical test with Emily Hardy. Emily was a great teacher and made it fun! I highly recommend her.
Terrible to say the least. Our client purchased a piece of equipment, waited weeks to get it delivered. It was delivered in the dark and when the sun came up, it was rusted ALL OVER!!!! He paid $4K for it and have been trying for over a month to get his money back, the equipment picked up or replaced. The sales person, Max Carroll will not call back or answer emails and now, we are hearing he is out of the country on vacation! Hopefully the Opt Mgr gets back to him!!!!
Don’t trust the online reservation system!!! Booked a drop trailer and even prepaid for it. Showed up and they don’t have it and they “may” have one 60 miles away. They said they called but I never received a call even though I was getting text message confirming the reservation. I have used UR a lot in the past and have always had a good experience.
