UPDATE - It has been 3 MONTHS AND STILL, NO RESOLUTION. Oh, Mark Thomas, Manager offered a solution after more then 2 months --they will replace the equipment with the one that they were supposed to give originally but, JCD will have to GIVE THEM ANOTHER 4 K!!! Does this make sense? You take 4K for an item, deliver another rusted piece of equipment, say you find the original item and then ask for another 4K???? Time to take legal actions! Terrible to say the least. Our client purchased a piece of equipment, waited weeks to get it delivered. It was delivered in the dark and when the sun came up, it was rusted ALL OVER!!!! He paid $4K for it and have been trying for over a month to get his money back, the equipment picked up or replaced. The sales person, Max Carroll will not call back or answer emails and now, we are hearing he is out of the country on vacation! Hopefully the Opt Mgr gets back to him!!!!
