United rentals staff and equipment is great and renting from them is a easy process
I had a job in walkerton to complete-I live 2hrs from there , I needed a piece of equipment specific for certain aspects of the job. Alex and Chris had both told me prior to rental pick up that this piece of equipment would do what I needed. Upon arriving the equipment looked like the oldest part of the fleet I wouldn’t of given that equipment to someone for the day let alone charge someone for it, and upon starting the job it was unable to do the two specific things I needed it to do and I had to rent another piece of heavy... read more
