I was up in Wabush recently for work and had to extend my stay, no other rental cars available. United Rentals came through and had a truck available. The ladies at the front office were awesome and great service. They even gave me a ride to the airport to catch my flight home. Would 100 percent use them again if up in the Wabush/Lab city area again.
Tom went the extra mile to help us. This is very important when equipment is required.
Excellent staff who know their business. Friendly and supportive. A great business partner that takes care of all my Companies Business needs.
As soon as I walked in, there was no one on front counter but the lady in her office assisted me with prompt and friendly service. So when I headed to bay door where I had to pick up the tamper, I went into bay door and was looked after right away. All good.
