Rented equipment for AWP training and specified the purpose on the rental request. The 45 JLG delivered could not pass the pre-trip inspection portion of the training. Time constraints prevent us from replacing the equipment. Function labels were missing, the Deadman high idle switch was reversed and the basket would not self-level. Off brand import scissor lift was in excellent condition, however.
