Our business uses United Rentals for boom lifts regularly! They are great to work with, quick to get us pricing for projects, and the equipment is in good shape. If our staff have questions, they are quick to help out as well. I would highly recommend them for any larger projects that lifts of any kind.
Bad communication and worse customer service. I called to ask if a U-Haul box truck would work for hauling, they said yes, it was not, wasted weekend based on bad info.
