If I could leave no starts I would. UR only wants your money. Their equipment does not work, and they are not in hurry to get someone out there. Customer service is bad, and they will close out your account and call you the day before to let you know it is closed. If you want them to mess up your day, then this is the company for you.
Gabi was great!!! Gabi took ownership of the roadblocks I was running into to get my team scheduled for equipment training on a short deadline. Absolute GEM...Great to see old school customer service is still ALIVE!!! Thank you Gabi.
PROMOTE GABI ZARO! This girl worked with me all week long to make sure we got the best deal financially but yet that all of our needs would be met with our project across the country. Out of all the places I spoke with, she was the most helpful, easiest to work with, and was authentic throughout the entire process. Honestly, a breath of fresh air.
