The folks at this location were extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely rent from them again.
We went to rent a concrete grinder today. Picked it up early this morning and got it on site. Mind you 1 1/2 hour driving. Didn’t even crank it up and as my husband was looking at it, one of the disc would not turn. Called and said we needed to bring back. Another 1 1/2 hours. This would have ruined our concrete if we had used it. We rented from United because we thought they serviced their equipment. If the North Carolina United Rental reps refuse to stop spamming my phone, I will NEVER rent from United Rentals again. It’s beyond ridiculous and borderline harassment.
