I would give 0 stars if I could. Yesterday I came looking for a telehandler, and there were two guys who really need to learn about customer service. They were making signs right in front of us—such bad manners, especially with a customer standing there. They made a lot of excuses, even though we had already rented one on a previous occasion. They should ask Pro Rental to teach them how to treat people properly.
