Just talked to an in-store representative and I’m actually excited about renting a mini X for a week and I need to plant a dozen trees and this will make life easy! Oh yes by the way the week rental is excellent rate thank you
They went above and beyond after I made an error during reservation. They not only solved the problem quickly but also made my day easier.
You'd be best to avoid this place. Rented a skid steer that wouldn't stay running. When I informed them, instead of apologizing, his only response was "well did you call us." Not only was I not given any credit on my bill, I was charged $60 for 7 gallons of diesel even though I filled it before returning it, and the fuel gauge read full???
