Having to rent equipment through their call center is a joke. The call center will gladly rent out any price of equipment you might need. The problem is they don’t care if the United rentals place you are getting it from either has the equipment or even on the days you request. And to listen to the guy on the phone tell me over and over all week. “Something has come up but we are willing to work with you”. I get it. But when I can’t get the right equipment for the job then there is nothing to work with.
