Great people work here!
There was an initial delay in the equipment delivery which set our crew back half a day. The initial United Rental response was not helpful; however, since then United has reached out to apologize and to give a partial credit, for which I am very greatful.
Rented a skid steer from them a few years ago, Would not do business with them again. The Salesman was super friendly and helpful when we rented it got it loaded up and took it to the site 3 hours north. As we unloaded it the tire came off the rim in the first 5 minutes, Rim was bent (Old damage with rust in it) tires were very very bald. Loaded it back up and took it three hours back to them expecting a quick apology and a different unit, super friendly salesman was now an a-hole and tried to blame it on us for old damage. ... read more
The people there are great. I have done business with united rentals for 30 plus years. Today I ended that relationship over the way the corporate does business with me. With all the good people working there it's sad to see this become the mega Corp where a personal touch is just gone. Bummer
Didn't have the equipment I needed.
