From the initial online order to having a regional representative personally visit my job site, the service from United Rentals was outstanding. Horrible experience! Brought home a piece of equipment late Saturday morning. Went to use the key and it was broken. Store was not open nor do they have an emergency hotline. Finally found someone around home with a key. Wasted a half day trying to find someone with a key or someone to make one. Store couldn’t care less made us pay for a key and charged us full price for equipment that was not used.

Have rented multiple times from these guys, solid experience overall. Had 1 small maintenance issue, on a friday afternoon, and a field service tech came by first thing the next morning to assist. Would recommend.
