Horrible experience! Brought home a piece of equipment late Saturday morning. Went to use the key and it was broken. Store was not open nor do they have an emergency hotline. Finally found someone around home with a key. Wasted a half day trying to find someone with a key or someone to make one. Store couldn’t care less made us pay for a key and charged us full price for equipment that was not used.
Always an excellent equipment selection, scheduling is a breeze, and Derek W. is great to work with!
Have rented multiple times from these guys, solid experience overall. Had 1 small maintenance issue, on a friday afternoon, and a field service tech came by first thing the next morning to assist. Would recommend.
Good customer service, follow up, and check in during the rental. everything got delivered as planned and picked up on schedule. Zero hassle.
