Joy Grows is a nonprofit is building a 4000 square foot greenhouse food hub in Annapolis's food desert. We're on a tight budget and Robert Hector III, Annapolis's branch manager, made sure we had everything we needed to complete the job. Thank you Robert and the United Rentals team!
I took my riding lawn mower to them and asked them to replace the belt and sharpen the blades.They changed me $120.00 and gave me a receipt with know itemized repairs. A month later the belt broke and saw it was never replaced. Also the blades were never sharpened. This place is a joke, don't waste your money!
Annapolis location. Had an absolutely amazing experience even with my own planning mistakes. Staff were very friendly and helpful, plus I had the chance to work with their amazing manager who help me as well. 11/10 by far. Thank you united rentals
While there was an initial error with my pick up location, Drew in Glen Burnie provided great assistance, and even texted me personally to ensure that I was aware of the Annapolis office's closing time. Although I got to Annapolis 15 minutes late, the branch manager Hector re-opened the door, got my equipment and hooked it up to my truck. This cause him and an assistant to stay 45 minutes late on a Friday afternoon. All these four and five star reviews have to be under different management or they figured out how to remove all the negative ones. We will see. By far probably one of the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. They obviously have no idea that machine maintenance and shining it up so it looks good are two different things.
