070920 I bought a used 2011 Genie boomlift, Z-45/25J-IC, for $27k. I was assured they would look it over and fix things that needed fixing. Before I paid for it, they did agree to replace the decal on the platform control panel. The propane tank was missing and they replaced it. They delivered it from Show Low to my ranch in Payson, it had 2858 hrs on it. Within the first hour of use, I had no ability to drive or steer it. Lucky to get one star; if I could Negative 10, I would. Total failure to deliver a portable toilet for funeral reception. When called this morning at 9:15 a.m 6/8/2020 to ensure delivery, they said it was noted as first thing. During the middle/end of the reception 4:35 p.m. (needed it delivered by 1:00 p.m.), the truck rolled up with a toilet after most had departed. The widow and family were devastated. Extremely unprofessional - from overcharging customers to representatives hanging up phone on you because you did not agree with their terms in which does not align with United Rental policy. Not to mention, delivering the wrong lifts, and still invoicing clients for the mistake on their end I received an email from Maria Mangiapane to call her in regards to the invoice I called to dispute a week ago because they delivered the wrong lift.
