First, I never became a patient there. I have MS and mobility issues. We parked in the closet handicapped spot, it's over a hundred feet to the door and sloped, then when you get in the building it's about the same distance to the rehabilitation center. They do not offer neurological physical therapy. Meaning they have the exact same physical therapy services as the other places in town so there are other options.

I injured myself and needed assistance today. They were able to see me within a few hours. Very clean, friendly and professional.

After months of going back and forth to try to set up an appointment for an injection in my hip, today was supposed to be the day. I had to call them many times as my calls went unanswered, the information they had was incorrect about me supposedly having surgery in a few months (even though I corrected them many times) they had in my mychart I was to see a DOCTOR that can do injections and I take a paid day off, go see them only to someone who isn’t able to do injections. The dr's listened to all my concerns and actually address them in the proper way and Mike the man that did my cast and made it feel very comfortable very caring and I'm so greatly appreciate it
