I've got mixed opinion about this place, some of the people that work there are amazing human beings and I can't thank them enough. At the same time some others are very bad at their job, they are clearly at wrong profession. Half of the staff who cared for me deserve more than a 5 star rating and for some others 1 star is too much
Went in via ambulance yesterday and was seen straight away. The rooms were very private and clean. The nurses were wonderful! Thank you Chris! Please be kind and understanding to our healthcare workers. They are essential and make a difference each and every day. ♥️
I would give zero stars if it would allow! Over 5 hours of wait time, is not what I would call good patient care.
Just released from two spinal surgeries, got home 45 min away. Fever spiked so dashed over again, afraid of infection. Spent more than 3 hours in an overflowing ER waiting room with many other sick and injured folks. I did get to see a nurse who drew blood before I was sent back to the waiting room. Not sure I saw more than 3 or 4 people who were treated before going home. Edit: after I posted this I got yet another bill for $3500 bringing the grand total to $12,000 for three stitches and a CT scan. I asked to pay my bill in full before leaving the emergency room and was charged $1350 for a CT scan and 3 stitches. I thought that was pretty reasonable until they mailed me a bill for $6150 and another for $900. I was told that the discrepancy in the amounts was because I had a "trauma level 5 activation".
