Very long wait time they don't care about getting to you in a timely manner and communication here was very poor. On top of that it took me 3 hours to get a bed and I was a level 4 priority and during triage they blew out 3 of my veins out so I left in more pain then when I came in. Also I feel worse and it's the next day after and I called up to get some help and I got passed around 3 different times and finally just got sent to voice mail. Worst ER experience I've ever had. Disgusting service slow and rude staff especially for active duty military members in uniform!! They’ll look you straight in the face and be rude and have you waiting for hours with no update or response even after asking multiple people for an update!!!

UNITED REGIONAL EMERGENCY DEPT! I visited the ER on Wednesday at 4 AM. Nurses Cassie and Yasmin were AMAZING! They took me right in, kept me informed the entire time I was there—about 12 hours total. They checked on me regularly, asked about my pain often, and literally went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Unfortunately, I had to return around the same time this morning. Went to the ER and it was a long wait. I understand that sometimes there is a wait but the RN Sara was very rude and unprofessional and argumentative. No one came and checked on me after 3 hours of waiting.
