Screw this place. Not once have I come in to the ER and had it take less than 3 hours MINIMUM. Once for myself, once for our son, and just recently for my wife. They don't give a shit about treating people in a timely manner and most people at the front desk when you come in are rude or act like you are a burden for coming in. I get that ERs can get busy, but this is absolute BS. I'd rather be in hell with a broken back than suffer the stimulation that chronicles pain sufferers endure at such substandard & stereotyped unwarranted views a failing medical system possesses. Last trip req use of an ambulance/ l have money & excellent insurance to pay for mine but not responsible for this failing mess. Was left on a worn out rumpled stiff gurney unattended for 4 hours . So 7 years ago a wrote a very bad review about UR. I was hesitant to come back to the ER, however, I am glad to say that my care at the ER was excellent.

If I could leave zero stars I so would. Absolutely ridiculous to get there at 1pm and still be waiting after 6pm! I didn’t wait that long even with Covid testing in the past. I’m very disappointed. You guys really need to do better about that. Absolutely ridiculous! An edit- still takes forever lol. The ER be like 200 years later now you can go. They’re very sweet and nice but takes so crazy long.
