Wow! I am blown away by the extreme attention to customer service I received from Brian. We ordered the wrong ice maker and I couldn’t even find a copy of the order but Brian was able to locate the order and arrange for a pick up and full refund!! This is a level of service and commitment to the customer that doesn’t exist anywhere anymore! Thank you for making it so easy Brian! And your driver, Robert, was so professional and courteous! I won’t hesitate to do business with you again!

Come to work on time! 30 minutes late and still waiting... A line of customers waiting for the opener to get out of bed. Ridiculous.
