Im giving 4 stars because their phone skills. Every time I call (over 35 times now and counting) they put me on hold. Thats when I start the timer. Its an average of 20 minutes on hold before I decide to hang up and call another united location This happens EVERY time i call. Not sometimes. Not here and there. Not most of the time. Every single time. Its like a game the counter plays. Im leaving a review currently while on hold.. so far its been 14.08 minutes.. Ain't that something else??
