The staff at this location weren't very helpful and were rude. If you need to get something from UR, I'd recommend the Westpark location. They're very nice, respectful, and efficient. The staff will quickly assist you and answer your questions, even over the phone.

Please check your acetylene bottles before you leave and the pressure date stamp. There is a third-party contractor that does the bottle exchange for them.Tri gas would not exchange my gas bottles because they were out of date.several times my new bottles were empty and unfortunately this was discovered on the jobsite. Our new company policy is to test not assume the bottles are full before we leave the store. Jaqey J Kent Refrigeration
