I wouldn’t wish my experience at this company on anyone. What started as a promising opportunity quickly turned into one of the most toxic and disheartening jobs I’ve ever had. Management in District 207 created an environment filled with discrimination, and complete lack of accountability. Employees are treated like they don’t matter, and genuine concerns are brushed off or ignored. I am very dismayed with the Kwik Fill gas station at 19 East Ave Albion NY 14411 and 118 Pearl St Medina NY 14103 that reject the Kwik Fill credit card. I have to drive 25 miles to a Kwik Fill that provides attendants or go to the Batavia station at 99 Jackson St that miraculously accepts the card. I have complained to the workers, but they don't offer a solution.
