Selling our family home, we decided to engage the services of Frank @ United Realty NT who had sold our old home a few years prior and are very glad we did, Frank worked his backside off showing perspective buyers through the property in addition to weekly open inspections. Always on time, followed up every possible lead and was always professional, I wouldn't hesitate to use United again. Thanks Frank, much appreciated.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this property management firm whatsoever. We had several negative experiences with them, including their failure to undertake appropriate background checks on problematic tenants, failure to obtain permission from us before undertaking expensive repairs, an inability to adequately address our growing concerns about tenant issues, inadequate inspection reports that did not report damage (beyond wear-and-tear) and mould issues, and poor or non-existent communication on multiple occasions. Frank Schembri is fantastic. He took all the stress out, explained things clearly, is very professional and has a sense of humour. Great staff, I will recommend this business. Very trustworthy. I wish them all the very best for the future. Thankyou Frank for your hard work 😀.
