If you would like to see one of the doctors to simply go over your scans x-rays etc don't count on it!!! I've been working on that over a month!!! No one seems to care. Even the doctor who ordered the MRI doesn't understand the report & hasn't been able to talk to doctor. I've even told them I have my own disk. Did the tech write report? My insurance paid. Are there really doctors here? I think I'll use someone else next time! Bad Deal!! Good doctors see their patients!!!
Only accepts pay pal online... never heard from a doctor or saw one they also didn't bill my insurance but I'm responsible for a bill still...not professional at all
I am giving this facility a zero. After being told that I would have my son's MRI results the Monday following his MRI, I was told that day that I would have them on Tuesday. Then, on Tuesday, I was told that the results were sent to the wrong facility. I was told I would have them on Wednesday. I am still waiting. My son is very active in sports but is unable to do anything until those result are given to me. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I am irate!! Their billing department is less than par. My bill is paid in full, I gave them the batch check number and still they bill me and now turned over to collection agency. How many people keep paying a bill they don't owe?
