Once upon a time, AmeriGas was a decent company; but over the years it just gets worse and worse and is at a new low. Every time I call for any reason, order gas, questions about billing, etc. you spend hours on the phone pushing buttons to get through to customer support (today in Kenya). Honestly, I don't like giving out any information to people outside the USA but especially to third-world countries. Do yourself a favor, if you need forklift propane, go somewhere else.
The cost of fuel is consistently double any other quote I have gotten, as of writing this 4.99 a gallon for LP. When asked why I am told it's market value, as of writing this market price is 2.07 for residential LP in my area, and there is nothing that can be done. Will be switching when I get the funds to cover the outrageous cost that has built up from not getting the "budget" billing correct.

The absolute worst customer service line ever. They read off a script and don’t understand what I am saying and always respond with the same answer. We will open a case for this and someone will get back to me. NEVER HAPPENS! I called for three months regarding a huge billing error on their side, billed me twice for a fill up. Took my auto payment and basically stole my money.
