Get directionsThey were contracted to replace the shingles on my roof but, without our permission, removed the plywood with out any prior notice. They then claimed it was rotten after the fact, they did not ask permission to remove it and just went ahead. After that, they removed our insulation, which was perfectly fine, and charged us an additional $20,000 on top of the original $7,000. This put my husband and me in a difficult position, as we had not budgeted for such a significant expense, and the entire situation was poorly managed.
