I absolutely love the newest addition in Etowah. Her name is Cheryl and she listens and has s great bedside manner. Please stay here with us Cheryl. You are a great asset to UPC!!!!
Etowahs primary care location is very unprofessional! I waited over 30 minutes just to get two shots, and the nurse forgot I was there. When I went to the front desk she was sitting on the counter with her legs crossed talking to the other women there. I told them where to send my medication and when I got to that location 45 minutes later I was informed that they never sent it in to the pharmacy. Do not go here for blood work! I have been here several times attempting to get blood drawn, but they never have anyone there that is competent enough to do this. The last time, they admitted they couldn't get it, so they sent me to the local hospital to get my blood drawn but led me to believe that it would cost the same as being in the doctor's office. I now have an $860 hospital bill.
