I was a former business customer of United PMR and after closing my business used them in July as an individual to refine some silver scrap. Indicating that I might use the settlement to trade for mill products or bars/ rounds I decided to have the metal returned in casting grain. I was informed that there was a $2.00 per ounce charge to return the metal as casting grain as it is out of their "pool" account.
